The LaPorte County Home is a residential, assisted living care facility, located directly across from the fairgrounds on West State Road 2.
Room and Board Rate:
- Self pay- $30.00 per day
- “ARCH”- $27.00 per day
- “ARCH”-is a State Welfare program that provides assistance to qualifying applicants.
Services Provided in Room and Board Rates:
- Single unit rooms, some double unit rooms available.
- 3 meals provided each day
- Laundry
- Medication dispensed through office
- Transportation to and from Doctor's appointment.
- Weekly activities
Requirements:
- Make application through Township Trustee
- Approval of admission by County Board of Commissioners
