Addiction Services

Individuals experiencing addiction problems should contact the Swanson Center.

Passages is Swanson Center's comprehensive substance abuse program that offers therapeutic substance abuse services including individual, group, intensive outpatient services, aftercare groups, case consultation and referrals.

Services include individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient services, aftercare groups and case consultation. Addictions services are provided at both the Michigan City and LaPorte facilities. In addition, they also offer a residential program for substance abuse women with children called Pathways.
